CCM’s guiding principal

CCM is an investment firm that raises capital from clients, pools it all together and invests it in securities of publicly traded companies based on its well defined investment philosophy, strategy, approach, criteria and process. Since all clients are in the same pool, CCM has only one investment portfolio that all clients are a part of. CCM’s Manager has full control and discretion over all investment decisions.

The firm does not sell any investment advice, or financial products; it simply raises capital from clients and aims to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns by making long term, well research investments in high quality, publicly traded companies at attractive prices.

Due to the destructive nature of investment losses on overall portfolio returns, CCM puts a special emphasis on “capital preservation” when investing. Thus, a significant part of the research, due diligence and underwriting process is dedicated to determining the potential risks of prospective investments.
